¶ What is it ?
The action bar BIOP Basics is a simple but versatile tool relying on :
Action Bar,BIOP libraryBIOP Run Macro
¶ What does it ?
It allows you to :
- Set a folder
- open image and its associated ROIset (if existing).
- Set and Start a Macro of your choice
- Close other images but the current one.
The selected macro could :
- Define the mode of action (on current image or current folder)
- Use Sci Java Parameters syntax
