The present OMERO documentation offers step-by-step instructions on how to get started with OMERO at EPFL.
To go further and learn more about OMERO, the official OMERO guide contains comprehensive instructions on how to use all the components of the OMERO platform.

¶ Training
We offer a 1-2 hour(s) training on OMERO every tuesdays & thursdays at 1pm. You must register to attend the training.
¶ Student access
To allow a student to access your OMERO group and give them access to the data, you must request it via this form so that we can perform the requested operation.
¶ Yearly Cost
CHF 50 per TB per year
¶ Backup strategy
It is handled by the SV-IT (database) and the RCP team (File storage)

All workstations and microscopes have access to OMERO.insight client, with the exception of:
- WF06 - Zeiss - Axioplan
- WF14 - Zeiss - PALM MicroBeam
- CF11 - LabView - MicroDissection
